I specialise in delivering Funeral  Ceremonies that honour the deceased and bring a level of comfort to family and friends.

Working with families, I plan and deliver ceremonies which summon the values, essence and best attributes of the person, supporting the beginning of the journey of grief, bringing a level of peace and acceptance for those bereaved.

I’m an Independent Funeral Celebrant, living in Larbert and working in Falkirk, Stirling and surrounding areas. Trained and experienced in delivering creative, life centred funeral ceremonies that honour the deceased and support family and friends with the final task of saying goodbye.

I live in Larbert with my husband, son, daughter and our two dogs. A teacher for over 22 years, working with young people and families within Additional Support Needs in Secondary Schools. 8 years in leadership; listening carefully to everyone, planning supports which break down barriers and delivering progress and development for young people.

I’m passionate about people and potential, believing I’m able to meet folk where they are and get the best from challenging situations. 

​

As a celebrant I use my skills of creative writing to craft and deliver ceremonies that recognise and revere the person’s life and times!

​

The ceremonies I deliver ensure family and friends experience a meaningful service honouring the cycle of life.

I visit families at home, spending time to ensure that the service we create together is a lasting tribute to the life of their loved one.
I send a draft of the ceremony promptly and work together on any changes/additions to ensure complete satisfaction and deliver as promised on the day of the service. 

I value excellence and ensure every ceremony is to this standard.

Living Eulogy - £125

If you are looking ahead I can support you to plan your own funeral ceremony. 

 

We can create a eulogy which sums up your life with both meaning and historical accuracy and as you value it most! 

​

You will receive both electronic and paper copy. 

 

I can share this with anyone you request on a timeline suitable to you.
